ReGENco is a steam and combustion turbine and generator repair organization offering outage and emergency services.

Regenco is located in the historic Allis-Chalmers, West Allis, Wisconsin facility
Note; ReGenco subleases the building from Westinghouse.  Allis-Chalmers electrical power generation division was sold to Siemens

Regenco was formed in 1999.  In April 2007, Toshiba International Corp. became the new majority owner of ReGENco L.L.C., of West Allis, after all of ReGENco's non-management investors agreed to sell their interests in the company to Toshiba.

Toshiba International is the wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Toshiba Corp. of Japan. The Houston-based subsidiary is one of the world's largest manufacturers of large steam turbines.
