quality throughout...

At REGENCO, quality starts with our people. Our experienced staff of engineers and shop personnel are 100% dedicated to aftermarket service. Our Quality Council meets monthly to review plant and supplier quality metrics, set objectives and monitor continuous improvement projects..

Quality Policy Statement
The belief in superior quality and value in our products and services, and the achievement of a positive customer experience shall be demonstrated in the daily work activities of all REGENCO employees.

Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is measured in four areas: delivery, workmanship, value to the customer and customer service and support. We truly value the voice of the customer and solicit feedback after the completion of all major projects. Our goal is to maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index of 90%.

Quality System
Our Quality System is built around the ISO 9001 Standard. We calibrate over 2000 gages to ensure the accuracy of our measurements. Operators are qualified in accordance with industry standards to perform special processes such as welding, brazing, riveting and NDE inspections. Drawings, specifications and procedures are controlled within a Product Data Management (PDM) System.

Toshiba Qualifications
We are currently approved to perform HVB refurbishment, valve stem manufacture, PTA Stellite welding, and re-blading on Toshiba equipment.
