Inside REGENCO

While REGENCO might be considered a relatively “new” company, having been formed in 1999, the depth of experience that its personnel bring to the power industry can be rivaled by no other service provider. With a heritage that spans two well-storied names in power generation – Allis Chalmers and Siemens – REGENCO builds from this foundation and continues to look toward growth and expansion.

When Siemens made a decision to cease operations in the Milwaukee, Wis., area in the late 1990s, many key management and skilled craftsmen decided to seize the opportunity to establish a new, third-party service company. Well-funded and with a firm business plan in hand, REGENCO began its steam turbine and generator repair operations as a regional base serving the upper Midwest.

With the completion of many successful projects, REGENCO’s name began to spread within an industry that discusses best practices with regularity. Requests for quotations started coming in from various parts of the country and within a matter of a few years the company was well on its way to becoming a leading service provider in North America.

Today, REGENCO is among the most well-respected and dependable service providers to the power generation industry. We appreciate the loyalty of our customers and will remain steadfast in our commitment to providing on-time, quality turbine/generator repair solutions
