Rovisys Overview

Since itís founding in 1989 as one of the first control systems integrators in North America, Rovisys has grown to 175 engineers and developers, becoming a leading independent provider of comprehensive process automation solutions and services.  The company has completed more than 2,500 projects for more than 300 companies in nearly 100 industries.

Rovisys has been doing Woodward 505 Governor Modbus interface work.

Rovisys worked with HRSG on a waste heat steam turbine generator project for Greymont in the summer of 2007.  The project includes a Woodward 505 governor, CPC current to hydraulic presser converter, and Protec 203 overspeed protection system.

Rovisys is the automation vendor for Severstal's Steel Mill (formally WCI) and supplied the hardware and software for the 505 and Guardian Modbus interface to WCI's DCS.

Rovisys has done work for ArcelorMittal, including the Cleveland Mill Power House 1 Gen C Installation and 505 Modbus Interface.
