Freezing Equipment Sales, Inc. (FES) was formed in 1949 and has been bought several times by larger companies including Carrier in 1975, Thermo Power in 1992, and the current owner GEA (Global Engineering Alliance) in 2000.

FES's core business is the manufacture of industrial refrigeration equipment.  FES's has numerous branch offices throughout the US and it's corporate office is in York PA.
